This is Student Artwork.co.uk, a new online gallery which gives the opportunity for aspiring artists to showcase their work.

Student Artwork has three aims.

1. To act as a stepping stone for young artists. To gain a foothold in the artistic world after leaving education, and by having somewhere to display work, enables an artist to put their name out there, and also helps keeps those creative juices flowing!
2. To bring original, affordable artwork to those who want it. We believe that the average man on the street would like an original piece of artwork hanging in his living room, but wouldn't like to pay hundreds of pounds for it.
3. To help ALL artists display their work. We strongly believe that there's no point in painting or drawing if no one can see what you've created. Student Artwork aims to showcase work from every and any type of artist, whether a young teenager or a retired pensioner. This also includes all types of media, from painting and drawing to photography and needlework.
